Hi Sneha,
thanks for your fast response.
Unfortunately I do not work on an installed version of forms.
I work on the browser-solution via Chrome.
Here I can't find any option to update my version -> guess it should be the latest one anyway?
Also I do not see anything about branching in the settings of my form.

I've already installed and set up OneDrive on my Mac. Unfortunately, step No. 5 doesn't exist under my OneDrive settings. It only shows Files that are already in OneDrive.
Do you know if there is another way to choose files to synchronise permanently?

You do not have to pay to use OneDrive! You can sign up for free and share notebooks with anyone who also has an account.

The links you posted for somebody with a similar problem in Australia do not help either.

Microsoft is not able to help via phone nor email and its perhaps only a minor change in the regional settings that has to be performed even via a step by step menu that somebody could post here...
