OneDrive suddenly downgraded

Hello!

Last year my OneDrive saving capacity was upgraded to 100GB - i used an offer and installed Outlook at my mobile device. Outllok is still installed on my mobile device with the same account and actively in use.

Today I've got an alert from OneDrive, my saving capacity is overused - allowed 5GB, in use 14,5GB, and my account will be freezed.

What should i do to get my saving capacity of 100GB back again?

Kurz in Deutsch:

letztes Jahr mein OneDrive-Konto wurde auf 100GB Speicherkapazität aufgewertet - ich nutze ein Angebot und installierte Outlook auf meinem mobilen Gerät. Outlook ist dort immer noch installiert und aktiv genutzt.

Heute bekam ich eine Warnung von OneDrive: meins Speicherkapazität wurde überzogen, von erlaubten 5GB bis auf 14,5GB und mein Konto wird eingefroren.

Was soll ich machen, um meine alte Speicherkapazität wieder zu bekommen?

Hallo Robyn,

den Sign-In Assistent brauchst du nicht zu installieren. Leider habe ich keine Idee mehr woran es noch liegen könnte. Du könntest höchtens mal versuchen, ob es was hilft, wenn du noch mal nach dieser Anleitung vorgehst und mal alle Passwörter löschst (sowohl
Web als auch Windows):

Hallo Antje,

soviel ich weiss, wurde dies bei einem Update versehentlich falsch implementiert. Einzig bei einem iPad Pro ist es immer nötig.

Ich möchte auf diesen Link aus einem anderen Forum verweisen: Link

Konnte das Problem mit einem Update der Apps behoben werden?

Thanks for the help. But somehow I managed to solve this by changing my date of birth myself and then removing myself from the family. I tried this before and it didn't work but suddenly it did there. Rest assured all is sorted.
