OneDrive Syncing Problems on macOS Catalina 10.15.3

So some days ago, I switched to from a windows PC to a MacBook Air.

Because I have used OneDrive in the past, I also installed it on the new MacBook.

Currently I use about 7GB from the available 15GB of my OneDrive storage.

The Problem:

Every time, I restart my MacBook OneDrive tries to update all my files "OneDrive is updating files ..." + "Processing XXX changes".

During the processing, the CPU usage is beyond 90%. It would be no problem if it would take 1 or 2 minutes, but it f**** takes more than half an hour to process about >100.000 changes, draining more than 20% of the battery. Never had these problems on the windows PC even with totally bad specs - cpu usage was barely 5%.

The solutions I tried:

- Quit & Restart OneDrive again, "OneDrive is updating files ..."

- Restart MacBook result same as above

- Reset OneDrive with the ResetOneDriveAppStandalone.command result same as above

- Reinstall OneDrive after Downloading the 7GB everything was fine, until I restarted my MacBook

- Try to reinstall it from the AppStore and not from the web same result as above

The Specs:

MacBookAir:

macOS Cataline 10.15.3

OneDrive:

Version 19.222.1110.0008 Standalone

Files On-Demand turned off need most of the files also offline

I found many forum entries which state the same problem. So I am not alone.

So PLEASE fix this bug ASAP. Put it in the next sprint, set the prio to high, or whatelse. Just fix it.

If it can't be fixed in near future, I am forced to switch to e.g. Dropbox.

Ich habe Mac OS 10.15.4 und funktioniert auch nicht. Version 16.28.175.

ich habe ebenfalls das oben geschilderte Problem mit macOS Catalina 10.15.4. Bei mir handelt funktionieren, sowohl build-in Mikro als auch ein externes Headset, nicht.

SfB Version 16.28.175

Ich hoffe es gibt eine Lösung.

Hi, ich habe es mittlerweile gelöst.

Es geht um das build-in Mikrophon mit Catalina 10.15.3 und Skype for Business 16.28.175.

Ich habe es mit folgendem Workaround gelöst:

-Terminal öffnen (wichtig ist hierbei, dass das Terminal Festplattenvollzugriff hat, diese Funktion also vorher in den Einstellungen einstellen)

-folgende Befehle Einkopieren (nur die Befehle unterhalb der ##Kommentare)

##($USER -> hier Benutzername eintippen)

sudo sqlite3 /Users/$USER/Library/Application\ Support/com.apple.TCC/TCC.db

##Folgenden Befehl in die nächste Aufforderung kopieren

VALUES('kTCCServiceMicrophone','com.microsoft.SkypeForBusiness',0,1,1,NULL,NULL,NULL,'UNUSED',NULL,0,1541440109) ;
