Hello, I would like to realize in outlook 365 web that the autoresponder is automatically activated when an calendar-entry is marked as "out of office".Since we have our personnel planning - especially the vacation planning - entered directly into our outlook 365 web calendar via a third party service, all systems linked to it should also process this status currently, for example, the telephone system is automatically reconfigured accordingly when "out of office" is booked in the calendar, and the status in slack is also adjusted.This also includes that all people who write me an email whi

i use the newest version of both: outlook is the newest version and my mac also is updated to the newest. outlook still greyed out when i want to add a task.

From what I gather, some feature is no longer available for the newer version of Outlook.

As per the link that I have shared earlier, this is the settings of the newer version of Outlook :

"Notes:

Some kinds of e-mail accounts, such as Windows Live Hotmail accounts, automatically empty the Trash folder at predefined times.

With some email accounts you can set up a schedule in Outlook to empty your Trash folder regularly.

IMAP accounts offer multiple options for how deleted items are stored and displayed. To set your preferences, on the Tools menu, click Accounts, and then select the IMAP account in the account list. Click Advanced, click the Folders tab, and then next to Trash,
select the options that you want."

Are you able to open the files?

Is the problem that when you are only able to open the files in Read Only mode?

Where your files save to a CD or DVD? If so, the "Read Only" attribute may have been set on and can be turned off by right clicking on a file in Windows Explorer or the File Explorer and then left click on Properties.,
