Outlook Categories

A user has the problem that her categories are no longer displayed in the overview in Outlook. You cannot assign a category to an e-mail there either.If she calls up a single mail, they are displayed again and it is also possible to assign them again.The common procedures such as creating a new OST file, new profile, etc. do not solve the problem.Outlook 365, Exchange online. Any idea?

vielen Dank für deine Anfrage.

Dies ist im Outlook nicht möglich. Eventuell würde es über einen Sharepoint mit Exchange-Server gehen. Frage mal bitte im TechNet nach.

Hallo,

von Haus aus Outlook bietet keine Möglichkeit dies zu realisieren, da Outlook immer den Standardkalender verwendet. Ob es Drittanbieterprogramme gibt, die das sofortige Kopieren in einen beliebigen Kalender ermöglichen, ist mir nicht bekannt. Du könntest
auch mal im TechNet Forum nachfragen, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, eine solche Funktion per VBA umzusetzen. Hier der Link zum Forum:

Moreover i can still use categories with outlook standalone app ( no exchange) and imap account if i create an pseudo task with an category and assign an first mail then i can sort by categories.
<br />The drawback is, that im not able to drag and drop from the categories view on the right i have to do this from the inbox view.
