    Outlook.com - Language settings not possible to save anymore


    Hi everyone,since yesterday, when i log-in via outlook.com, all the settings are in language "English United States". When i click on "Settings" >> "General" >> "Language" and set language = "Deutsch", everything looks good and all is in language German again. But as soon as I refresh the page in Microsoft Edge, it is automatically set to language "English United States" again.Is it a global problem? Or what is the solution for this?Thank you very much.

    If the company does not exist anymore and the admin portal is closed, then you will not be able to gain access to the onedrive anymore.

    The calendar is saved in the outlook.com mailbox, which is in the cloud. Add the account to your phone to see the calendar.

    If your Microsoft account address is not a Microsoft-owned domain (gmail, your isp etc), you need to add an outlook.com alias to your account to add the account to the phone. Do this at https://account.live.com/names/manage

    Leider scheint zurzeit ein Problem bei Outlook zu bestehen.

    Is it possible that the technical support staff for Outlook.com is just speaking English? And all our statements need to be translated? So if this is the case it would have just cost you a second to ask us to write our postings in English.

    Here is the English translation:

    Short summary:

    We cannot access our emails and contacts for more than one week now!!!

    Long Story:

    Since Oct 15th, 2013 7:15 UTC+1 I (and probably also the others in this thread) cannot access my Emails and Contacts at Outlook.com anymore. Although I can still access my Calendar and SkyDrive. Additionally since then it is not possible anymore to connect
    my mobile device or the Outlook 2013 client via ActiveSync with Outlook.com.

    Edit:

    This is probably the error message English users get to see (ours is obviously in German):

    "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now.
    If you continue to have this problem, please
    report it to Microsoft
    ."

    As an effect of this outage it is also not possible to send emails to me. The response is (where * is my primary alias):

    In the following posts we specualted a little bit what could be the reason. Here is one detail we all have in common:

    All of us seemed to have changed their primary alias shortly before or after the officially reported problems with the login on Oct 15th from 06:48 - 14:00 UTC+1.

    Before you ask: It's not the browser, it's not the login as such, we all know our passwords and can access all other Microsoft services except of the essential ones Email and Contacts. We have reported the problem via https://status.live.com and since Oct 15th
    14:00 UTC+1 there are no officially reported errors for Email and Contacts anymore.

    So, that's all we can do. Now it's your turn microsoft: We need our Emails and Contacts back!
