Outlook startet nicht

Ich habe Office 365 auf einen neuen Rechner gestern installiert und meine alten E-Mail Konten dorthin übertragen. Heute öffnet Outlook sich nicht mehr und lässt sich auch im abgesicherte Modus nicht starten. Dann erhalten ich die Meldung, dass "outlook.exe/safe" nicht gefunden werden kann. Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen? Mit freundlichem Gruß Detlef Dunker

Mein alter Kalender wird auf beiden Geräten angezeigt.

Außerdem startet Outlook nach Neustart des Laptops manchmal von selbst. Manchmal startet outlook zweimal, obwohl nur einmal angeklickt. Das Outlook-Symbol in der Task-Leiste hat manchmal ein Dreieck mit Ausrufezeichen.

Habe es schon versucht. Bringt nichts. Habe auch Scanpst ausgeführt. Es wurden wohl Dateien repariert, Outlook startet aber immer noch nicht. Habe auch Stellar Outlook PST Repair angewendet. Auch nichts.

Im abgesichertem Modus startet Outlook auch nicht.

Wenn ich mich über den Gastzugang am Laptop anmelde, funktioniert alles bestens.

Der Tipp half, dass Outlook danach wieder startete.

Die ".ost"-Datei war jedeoch anscheinend defekt oder eher "nicht MS-Update kompatibel", musste das Konto neu anlegen. Danach startete Outlook wieder normal.

- Es startet nur Outlook nicht, alle anderen Anwendungen funktionieren.

- Im Abgesicherten Modus tritt der selbe Fehler auf.

- Auch nach einer Datenträgerbereinigung ändert sich nichts.

- Auch nach sfc /scannow und Neustart startet Outlook nicht (auch im abgesicherten Modus nicht).

Hallo Thomas,

ich habe auch das oben beschriebene Problem.

Ich habe nun einen neuen Benutzer angelegt -> Outlook startet normal.

Anscheinend liegt es bei mir an der Registry.

Was muss man an der Registry ändern, damit Outlook auch bei mir wieder normal startet?
