Hello,i have purchased Microsoft 365 Business Basic for my Business in USA.The credit card that i pay my subscription bills i will cancel because i will close my company in USA.I have no any other credit card in USA because i live in Germany.I already canceled my Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription but still have to pay until 02.04.2025 unfortunately.I tried to change my payment method but there is only one option to pay and it is by credit card.So i want to change my payment method and want to pay with Paypal. Please help me.Thank you in advance.Best Regards,Oguz

Kannst du einmal versuchen die Zahlungsmethode komplett zu löschen und neu anzulegen?

Hier gibt es eine Anleitung. Teile mir doch dann mit ob dort der Fehler auch auftaucht.

Ich freue mich auf deine Rückmeldung.

Wenn du das schon probiert hast, müsstest du bitte genauer beschreiben, was nicht funktioniert.
