Hallo,

am 02.12.2016 hatte ich eine Fehlermeldung nach Öffnen von Chome.

Im Hintergrund Microsoft, davor ein Fenster mit der Mitteilung, mein Rechner sei von Viren/Trojanern befallen usw.

Ich konnte nicht ins Internet.

Es wurde eine Nummer angegeben: 0800 72 35 1476.

Diese habe ich angerufen, eine Caroline Rose von PC Wind Services Limited gab sich als Microsoftpartner aus und empfahl mir eine einmalige Überprüfung des PC zum Preis von 99,- Euro bzw. ein Jahresabo für 249,- EURO, 24 Prüfungen.

Ich habe einer einmaligen Prüfung zugestimmt, diese wurde per Fernwartung durch geführt und dauerte in etwa 2 Stunden.

Danach kam die Rechnung per email.

Der PC funktionierte danach einwandfrei , am Schluss der Prüfung lief das Microsoft Tool zum Auffinden bösartiger Software.

Als eine Stunde später ein Anruf kam wurde ich, vorher schon misstrauisch, richtig stutzig.

Ich habe versprochen am 06.12.2016 zu überweisen.

Ich habe aber erhebliche Zweifel ob mein PC jetzt nicht infiziert ist.

Eine Vollprüfung mit Avast Primier ergab keine Fehler.

Hat jemand schon mal von dieser Sache gehört?
