Possible Bug: Cross Reference Button

Hello Community,I'd rather like to file a bug report but this seems to be the only site that appears when I click on "contact support".The "Querverweis einfügen" or "Add cross-reference" button doesn't seem to work anymore. I restarted office and my computer already but the button simply doesn't react to inputs. I tested it using one or more screens and looked behind every window to see if the menu was opened in the background. I disabled all plugins during the tests. However, I could not find anything.I would like to attach a video but the respective button is greyed out so I converted it int

 Du hast im deutschen Forum geschrieben und wir können nur auf deutsch beantworten.
 Welche Office Version ist auf deinem PC installiert?
 Besteht das Problem nur mit einem Word Dokument oder auch mit einem neu erstellten Dokument?
 Du kannst eine Office Online Reparatur durchführen.

 Es hat im gleichen Dokument am nächsten Tag wieder funktioniert. Trotzdem hab ich die Reparatur mal durchgeführt.

 nein, eine Voreinstellung ist nicht möglich.

Du kannst auf UserVoice abstimmen, allerdings sehe ich wenig Chancen, dass MS etwas ändern wird:
