Postmaster@outlook - the recipients mailbox is full and cant accept messages now...

ich habe eine neue Meldung entdeckt, die helfen kann eine Lösung zu finden:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp;552 5.2.2 This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove attachments and try sending it again.

The Files where missing in the owners mailbox. But now they're missing in both.

Yes the size is 0.

So, after some research I was able to remove the newly added outlook.com exchange account from outlook via windows system - user accounts - mail accounts configuration and removing it from the list of outlook accounts. After that Outlook started again succesfully.
So now the question is, what is causing those error messages the moment I add this new outlook exchange account to my outlook?

Bei Überprüfung des Dienststatus, kommt unter Outlook.com folgende Meldung:

Title: Unable to connect to mailbox

User Impact: Users may have been unable to access their mailbox using Outlook on the web or the Outlook client.

Final status: We've routed connections to alternate components and confirmed that the issue is remediated after monitoring the service.

<br />doesn't work.
<br />The Filter Option is ONLY for elements in the folder.
<br />So, if I'm in the folder Inbox and activate the filter, it displays only the elements in the folder inbox, not the elements in my folder Microsoft.
<br />I created a rule, that all mails with subject "microsoft" should be moved automatically in the folder microsoft and so the aren't in the folder Inbox anymore.

In the Outlook Windows App, the folder can see unread messages in the entire mailbox, not just in the inbox.
