Problems with sign in Hotmail

Guten TagIch komme seit drei Tagen nicht mehr in mein Hotmail Account. Es kommt immer die Frage nach dem Erziehungsberechtigten, dann klicke ich auf weiter und es kommt jedes mal wieder die gleiche Frage. Es ist extrem mühsam und ich habe schon alles versucht mit Passwort zurücksetzen etc.. Aber es hat nichts damit zu tun, es sieht so aus, als ob es sich aufhängt..Vielen Dank für eine schnelle Antwort.GrüsseSandra

Ich habe es geprüft aber es hat sich nicht geändert.

Das Problem ist anscheinend, dass mit manchen email Adressen der Login funktioniert und mit anderen nicht.

Vielleicht hängt es auch damit zusammen , dass die email mit einem account verknüpft sind.

Bei gmx z.B. gibt es einfach einen login der folgendermassen strukturiert ist:

email Adresse und Passwort.

Anscheinend ist das bei outlook bzw hotmail nicht so.

Problem:

ich kann mich in meinen acoount einloggen.Wenn ich aber wenn meine email adresse und Passwort in die sign in Maske eingeben möchte ,

kommt folgende Meldung

You are currently signed in as....PLease sign out.Then sign in to outlook with the account you you use to read your organizations email

Also über den Suchbegriff msn gelange ich zur Seite Sign in bei Hotmail, Outlook Login, ... unter https://www.msn.com>de-de und dort ist in der Menueleiste das Outlookbriefchen zum Anklicken und ich kann meine Mails abrufen, obwohl ich nicht eingeloggt
bin. Es stört mich, dass das möglich ist...

Hier habe ich aber keine Einstellungsmöglichkeiten zu einer Weiterleitung finden können....

Oder es kommt folgende Nachricht. (wenn ich mich im portal unter dieser Email eingeloggt habe!)
