Hallo

ist es möglich teile eines Sharepoint Public zu machen ohne das dafür immer Accessberechtigungen gegeben werden müssen?

Wir würde gerne einen Teil unseres Sharepoint frei zugänglich machen ohne immer Freigaben an User geben zu müssen, wissen aber nicht wie und ob das geht.

Kann das jemand im Team beantworten?

Es sei denn Ihr habt einen eigenen Sharepoint server.

maybe I should specify a bit. I am talking about a public Sharepoint Site, here I have a list of Subsites which I want to export. I know it works for an "Intranet" with document libraries and lists, but for a Site library on a public sharepoint site, the
menu item does not exist.

Moin,

Die Beschreibung von Georgi passt zu Deiner Anforderung. Einzig die Einschränkung, dass die Kontakte in der globalen Adressliste landen und spezielle Berechtigungen für die Verwaltung dieser Kontakte durch NICHT-ExchangeOnline Admins erforderlich sind.

Alternativen wären:

Importieren der Kontakte nach SharePoint Online in eine Kontaktliste. Diese kann dann durch Anwender verwaltet werden.

Die SharePoint Kontaktliste kann problemlos in Outlook als Adressbuch eingebunden werden.

Natürlich gibt es weitere Alternativen:

Public Folder

Shared Mailbox

Das ist vollkommen vom Anwendungsfall abhängig.
