Purchasing 365 from an APO AE address.

I am a US Army guy who is living in Germany whose credit card has an APO AE address. This system does not recognize these addresses and will not allow me to purchase 365 Microsoft. What can I do?

A: We purchase volume keys and pass the savings along to our customers. In a retail store, you are purchasing a copy of the software and packaging that you may already own.

Somit wissen wir wenigsten das es sich um Volumenlizenzen handelt.

Ich nehme an, dass es sich um Outlook.com handelt, stimmt das?
Welche Office Edition (Home/Business/Professional/ProPlus) verwendest Du?
Welches Email-Protokoll (POP/IMAP/Exchange) verwendest Du?
Wie versuchst Du, die E-Mail mit einem Alias zu senden - mithilfe von Outlook Desktop App oder Outlook.com?

Es wäre auch sehr Hilfreich, wenn Du das Problem mit einige Screenshots beschreibst.

Hallo Alexandar & Community,

beachtet man die Konformität wie in der Microsoft
Dokumentation beschrieben, funktioniert

das Senden auch mit Displayname über den SMTP-Relay für uns ohne Einschränkungen.

In unserem Falle, war das vom damaligen Consultant implementierte Script am Postfix zur Nachbearbeitung nicht konform zu diesen Empfehlungen und die Sender-Adressen (wenn ein Displayname verwendet wurde) wurden im Header nicht richtig gesetzt/ersetzt.

Nachdem ich das Script neu entwickelt habe, kann ich für uns keine Einschränkung mehr feststellen.
