Restore all Outlook data after reinstalling Office 2019

Hello, after my Excel kept freezing, I reinstalled the Office 2019 package on my computer. Now all of my data emails, contacts, calendars are gone from Outlook because Outlook has also been reinstalled. I previously had various email accounts and operated Outlook offline so that not all of my data was backed up on the Internet. After the reinstallation, all data is now gone. How can I reconstruct these? Thank you

I have the same Outlook program on two different PCs. How can I delete it on one PC (due to sale) without it being deleted on the other PC as well. The answer is important to me.

If "Outlook program" means Office Outlook like Outlook 365, Outlook 2019, etc. uninstalling that program on one computer won't affect the other computer at all.
