Outlook Setup bringt die Nachricht:WIr konnten keine Verbindung unter Verwendung der angegebenen Verschlüsselungsmethode mit dem eingehend IMAP-Server herstellen. Überprüfen nsie die Verschlüsselungsmethode und versuchen sie es noch einmal.

ich habe mir die Links mal durchgelesen und ein Mitarbeiter von Refworks hat mir versichtert, dass das Programm nun auch mit Word 2010 kompatibel ist. Ich vermute es liegt an der Installationsart von Word.

"Please note that Write-N-Cite may not work with Word 2010. It does not work if the "Click to run" version of Office is installed on your computer. This "Virtual" version of Word is not compatible with many Add-ins"

Da der Laufzeitfehler sich mit "Microsoft Visual Basic" ankündigt, nehme ich an, das hier das Problem liegt. Wie kann ich Word denn "anders" installieren?

Yes. The contacs list from my Kolab server (via ActiveSync) is listed.
 I have noticed another problem: Frequently I have a "disconnected" warning in the lower bottom (status line). I could not fix this, yet. Should not be a problem of the provider as via Web UI I can access all emails, contacts etc.
 "Repair" does not helpf for this. I also tried a Microsoft repair tool, but this does not work for my account that is connected via ActiveSync.

 Thank you for the answer.
 I think, if all does not work, I try the repair. It's a good advice.
 The first link is not what I meant and two other links do not work.
 But I eventually try the repair.
