SharePoint Online Excel file cannot be opened

Hello,

I have following scenario:
- neu document created: temp01.xlsx
- second new document created: temp02.xlsx
- both documents can be opened and edited
- document temp01.xlsx was deleted
- document temp02.xlsx was in temp01.xlsx renamed
- problem: document temp01.xlsx cannot be opened with a message: 'https://...temp01.xlsx' cannot be opened (in german 'https://...temp01.xlsx' konnte leider nicht eöffnet werden)
- document temp01.xlsx can be opened on another computer but in write protected mode and cannot be edited because it's locked
- document can be saved in a copy of it and then be opened and edited.

This problem is with SharePoint Online only (tested also with SharePoint on premises), on mapped network drive or direct WebDav connection like \\tenant.sharepoint.com@SSL\sites\sitename\Documents\ (sharepoint library "open with explorer") which means that with WebDav.
This problem is only with office files: docx, xlsx and txt were checked.
When the file will be renamed in any other name - it can be opened and edited.
File temp01.xlsx can be opened from SharePoint Online (Excel Web App) and cannot be opened from SharePoint Online (Open in Excel)

Following was made and not helped:
- c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp was cleared
- c:\Windows\Tempwas cleared
- c:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Temp\TfsStore\Tfs_DAV was cleared
- WebClient service was restarted
- Client computer was restarted

Hallo Lisa,

das hat leider zu nichts geführt. Ich konzentriere mich mal auf Word. Beim starten von Word kommt die Fehlermeldung "Office Open XML file normal.dotm cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents". Hast Du da noch einen Tip.

This blog describes how to disable multi threading. I already know this. But this only disables multi threading for the opened excel file. How can multi threading be disabled in general for all Excel files?

Die Online-Reparatur habe ich schon durchgeführt, ohne Erfolg.

Ich habe es jetzt gerade auch nochmals versucht - jetzt kommt wieder die selbe Fehlermeldung wie schon oben erwähnt (Fehlercode: 30015-4 (1006).

Meines Wissens habe ich nur den Virenschutz von Microsoft direkt, keinen externen.

Da habe ich aber auch nichts geändert - das ist noch so, wie es vor gut 2 Jahren eingerichtet wurde.

Ich habe ein bisschen weiter recherchiert und bin auf einen ähnlichen, englischen Thread gestoßen:

Leider ist der unvollständig, da sich der User mit dem Problem nicht mehr gemeldet hat.

Ich hab es jedenfalls auch mit einem neuen User auf meinem Computer probiert - da tritt das Problem nicht auf und ich kann das Excel im Word problemlos öffnen.

Wie kann ich weiter vorgehen, um das Problem zu finden?
