Sharepoint RSS - was heißt "notification to group members"?

Hallo,

ich bin gerade dabei RSS-feeds auf eine Seite von unserem Intranet einzubinden.

Ich nutze eine moderne SharePoint-Seite.

Nach Erstellung erhält jedes RSS-Webpart unter der Überschrift den Text:

XYZ has set up a connection to RSS so group members will be notified with periodic updates from RSS-FEED-URL The digest name is ABC.

Was heißt das genau?

Bedeutet das jedes Mitglied der Site-Collection bekommt eine E-Mail sobald die RSS-Feeds updaten?

Das wäre ziemlich unpraktisch. Ich will nämlich RSS-Feeds für mehrere Seiten die Warnungen/Meldungen zu Sicherheitslücken rausgeben abonnieren und diese dann am liebsten auch auf einen Aktualisierungsintervall von 15min setzen.

Das würde dann ja - bei aktuell 4 RSS Webparts - in einem furchtbaren E-Mail Spam enden.

Also was bedeutet "will be notified" hier und wie kann man das abstellen?

"In the Advanced Settings section, type optional information to identify copyright,
editor, webmaster, and Time To Live information."

Mehr steht dort auch nicht. Und das ist korrekt - mehr Optionen habe ich nicht.

"Du kannst auch einen E-Mail Richtlinie erstellen, wo die E-Mails von RSS Webparts in einen eigenen Ordner verschoben werden." - wie?

Hätten Sie dazu vielleicht einen Link für mich?

Bitte prüf im
Artikel, wie du die RSS -feeds für SharePolint-Seite verwalten kannst.

Du kannst auch einen E-Mail Richtlinie erstellen, wo die E-Mails von RSS Webparts in einen eigenen Ordner verschoben werden.

Wenn du eine Benachrichtigung von RSS bekommst, dann soll es im Betreff ein Keyword geben, dass diese Nachricht von RSS ist und nach diesem Word kannst du ein Regel erstellen, damit die E-Mails weitergeleitet werden. Mehr Details über Erstellung von Regeln
