Some emails are not received

I understand you need assistance to solve this issue. I also acknowledge how it's important for you to be able to receive emails.

Before continuing, I'd like to let you know this is a peer-to-peer support forum. I'm Non-Microsoft Staff, I don't work for Microsoft. Mostly everyone here are users helping other users. By the end of this post, I will explain how to proceed if the problem still persists.

Then in that case I suggest you ask the sender to contact MS support for further investigations, unfortunately, as a Community Advisor, I don't have access to users' accounts so it's hard to investigate this issue furthermore. Please ask the sender to reach out to MS support via postmaster http://postmaster.live.com/

Or as an alternative, you can ask the sender to fill out the Outlook.com Delivery request form in order to request the domains to be identified as a trusted sender. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequ...

For further investigations you can also reach out to Outlook support on your own by following these steps below:

- Visit this link https://outlook.live.com

- Click the question mark (?) on the top right-hand side of Outlook webmail.

- Type in the message in the box then press enter.

- Scroll down to the section "Still Need Help?" then click the yes button.

- Please type in the issue in the box then press send.

so you are suggesting that I rename 7477 files???

However thats not the problem. It asked me to rename it itself, I klicked yes please, and then it said all good, files are renamed. But after some time exactly the same error emerges and asks me again.

And yes, I looked into those files, and of course I looked into those not allowed characters - there are not in there. Its some very very annoying bug. If I do staff on my lap top, everything is ok, no sync error messages. So on my desktop pc onedrive is simply bugged as hell.

Dont know what to do.
