Hello,

I have a heavy Outlook user, which is missing mails in his Outlook inbox. Inbox shows mails from today until 16/12/2020 3:11 p.m. and then continues with mails of 2019. Outlook is configured in cache mode with last 12 month, but even when clicking the button "connect to server" in the folder ribbon, those mails are not shown in Outlook. But, they are shown in Outlook Web Access in the same folder.

I have already cleared all views, checked the filters, deleted the ost and nst files in the users profile, created a new Outlook profile, ran Outlook with start parameters /cleanviews and /cleanips, but nothing helped so far.

I'm clueless. I would check with login on another client, but due to home office no chance to do so.

Anyone with an idea what else could be done to fix this issue?

Depends on the type of mail account you have.
 There are Archive options available to pop mail accounts, but they don't apply to IMAP mail accounts

I didn't send the author rights. The Reader got the read-only Version.

But some of the groups like staks and grids are moving at the Readers Version. Like moving from the left side to the right. They are presented differently than they should, but normaly the readers couldn't change the sway.

Just the "normal" DATE field that looks like this or something: { TIME \@"dd.MMM.yyyy"} but also other formats of this field if possible.

Yeah some of this fields are in the headers or footers.
