Sometimes I do not receive mails from certain sender

I have a *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** address and it often happens, that I do not receive a mail from certain senders. I know, that a mail has been sent to me, because I have personal contract with the sender, but the mail does not arrive.

It is not in my junk-mail-folder, the sender also receives any information, that the mail was rejected. It simply gets lost!

This often happens, when I start a new contact with somebody. For example: Today a registers at a moodle platform, which I personally know from the university I am studing at. I should receive an confirmation, but do not get one! Nothing in in-folder, nothing in junk, no rejection!

What can I do?

Hi Ankita,

pls. find attached the screenshot from this problem “Error_Fehler 0x80200049.docx”.

I also did a diagnostic log but there is no possibility to send them here?

Additionally I sometimes get the error message 0x800CCC1A – when performing task
L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. “Server does not support used type of encryption connection key.” But this comes only sporadic – see attached file “Error messages Outlook.jpg”.

If German support is possible, I would like to change to that.

Office 365 Business account

When I send an e-mail from my office 365 online account, no error messages occurs.

Ist es möglich auf Emails, die bestimmte Wörter enthalten, keine automatische Antwort zu senden? Ich möchte dann auch keine andere Nachricht schicken, sondern diese Emails unbeantwortet lassen.

Ich habe es nach folgender Anleitung gemacht:

Anstatt einem bestimmten Absender habe ich zwei Wörter angegeben, die in der Mail enthalten sein müssen, damit keine automatische Antwort gesendet wird.

Leider funktioniert dies auch nicht.

Gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit?
