Speed up Azure AD employee profile syncronization to Sharepoint, Delve & other services

Hi all,

we are using Office 365 and Azure AD to manage our employee accounts. Yesterday I did some changes in the Azure AD Admin Center to some of the employee profiles like department, job title, picture and manager. Unfortunately, the changes did not reflect in Sharepoint, Delve and other services. I tried to clear the browser cache but no success. I also read some articles that it might take some time until the changes appear in other services so I waited until today but the only change which is now reflected in SharePoint and Delve is the job title.

So my question is: How long does it normally take that those changes are reflected in SharePoint and Delve and is there any option to speed up the synchronization process? Like a manual synchronize button that populates the changes to SP and Delve?

Hi Georgi,

This could be the reason - I've verified the domain I wanted to use in Azure AD.

Is there a way I can migrate existing personal accounts to Azure AD accounts, which all the services e.g. Skype credit and so on?

So I've basically three options, use a different domain, create an Azure AD account for my daughter with the desired email or delete the domains in Azure Portal.

Right?

PS: I cannot see any login attempts in the Azure AD console while surfing to the SharePoint URL. So it seems, that the clients are really not trying to login automatically at all. (But why?)
