Hello

Is there a solution via Macro or so to stop word from updating the date and time fields when opening a document. I want a solution for every document automatically not manually.

vielen Dank für die Antwort!

Bei meinem Fall geht es um eine Massenkonvertierung von Word zu PDF. Grundsätzlich sollten die Dokumente ohne manuelles eingreifen konvertiert werden in der "Ursprungsform".

Mit einem Makro kann ich alle Felder in Text umwandeln mit der "Unlink"-Methode. Diese Umwandlung wird aber erst gemacht, nachdem die Datumsfelder aktualisiert werden. Bei allen anderen Feldern funktioniert dies problemlos.

warum nimmst du Felder für aktuelles Datum bzw. aktuelle Zeit, wenn sie gar nicht aktualisiert werden sollen? Du könntest stattdessen beispielsweise CreateDate,
PrintDate oder SaveDate einsetzen.

Wenn ein Datums-Feld nicht aktualisiert werden soll, kann man natürlich auch die Feldverknüpfung per Strg+Umschalt+F9 aufheben. Alternativ lässt sich ein Feld per Tastenkombination Strg+F11 sperren und bei Bedarf per Strg+Umschalt+F11 wieder entsperren.

Hallo,

ich gehe davon aus, dass du nach dem Öffnen die die DATE-Felder beispielsweise in SAVEDATE-Felder umwandeln musst. Ansonsten müsste man in den XML-Code eingreifen, was umständlicher sein dürfte.

in den XML-Code einzugreifen (siehe https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/word/5516-word-remove-time-from-comments.html) wäre auch eine Möglichkeit, halte ich jedoch für problematischer.
