Guten Tag,habe probleme mit meinem Outlook Konto da mir angezeigt wird das ich keinen Speicher habe obwohl ich 100GB sowohl für die Mail als auch für die OneDrive besitze. Habe alle Mails gelöscht und trotzdem keinen Speicher mehr seit mehreren Tagen.Es lässt sich auch nicht Synchronisieren, mir fällt nichts mehr ein was ich machen könnte um dieses Problem zu beheben.Bitte helfen Sie mir um eine schnelle Antwort wäre ich sehr dankbar.Die E-Mail Adresse: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** freundlichen GrüßenNikola becarevic

Thank you for your reply. I have again enough storage. But the question is, what happened to the e-mails I should have received during these 7 days since I didn't receive them when storage was available again.

is it part of the same 100GB that i have with office 365 (onedrive - storage)?

ich glaub dass das prob mit Storage in Onedrive ist, warum ist das gleiche Storage auch für Mails, verstehe ich nicht!?

Dear Pauline, thanks a lot. Your advice (that I translated by Google) worked me perfectly.

My RTF files became much smaller than they had been earlier.

Obviously the size of a RTF is still bigger than that of a DOCX but it is due to the different storage method of the binary image files.
