Surface Pro 3 Standard Exchange - Cross National Issue

In essence, I am looking for English support in Europe so I can get a standard exchange for my Surface Pro 3.


The device was originally purchased in Japan. It broke down just a few months out of warranty. I purchased a standard exchange option online. I was billed in Euros by a German store, and then my credit card was deducted in Euros.


But the instructions for returning the device were to Japan. The problem is that I do not live in Japan, and the instructions for returning to Japan are specific to people living in Japan. (Ie using a dedicated postal service in Japan).


If I could speak to someone in English (my German is no good) to figure out how to return my device that would be great. Right now the Microsoft Store in Germany has taken a fair amount of money but has not provided me a physically possible option for actually returning the device!
