Dear Microsoft Team,I am reaching out because I believe my email account has been hacked. I detected the issue and the program has already taken steps to stop further forwarding.I have secured my email account for now by enabling the authenticator, but I would like to request that you investigate the situation and delete the suspicious account, as it may pose a threat to other email addresses as well.Please take the necessary steps to resolve thi

This message couldn't be delivered because the sending email address was not recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this error is that the email address is, or was, suspected of sending spam. Contact the organization's email admin for help and give them this error message.

If your security information was changed by the hacker, you will need to go through the link below to request for Account Recovery. You’ll be asked for info, like the subject lines of email you recently sent from your account, your birthdate, credit card info, and other details only you would know. You don't have to know every answer, and it's ok to be close if you don't know the exact answer.

This form should help validate your identity and account ownership. Fill in as much information as you can. This process may take up to 24 hours.

Thanks for the update. I suspected the pst was corrupted - that is why I suggested exporting to a new pst on the windows computer.

I tried to repeatedly start requests through the email account, but that didn't work.I have the email address I provided for account recovery, but somehow it doesn't recognize. Are there any other possibilities?CollinsFan
