Hello

Since about a month our website where we have activated the Online Archive does not work anymore. This makes it difficult for us to add the online archives for the users. Additionally we can't see how much of the online archives the users have already used. What is the reason that only this tab is not working anymore?

As I'm not longer an employee of this company and the company itself isn't existing anymore I thought I can copy/move my files and folders to my private OneDrive-Space.
That is really very very bad......but anyway: Thanks for your information !

Hi

This is a mixup in the branding on the flash screens. My guess is that you do have the standalone version you purchased installed.

In Word, check under File for Account. It should give the version. If it isn't clear, check on About Word.

If you still have questions, try posting screenshots of what you see on those Windows about the version. Here's how to post a screenshot:
