Troubles opening PDF files in App from SharePoint Online

Hi CommunityWe built an intranet on SharePoint Online and we're experiencing troubles when we try to open a PDF file from there. We're trying to open it in the desktop app PDF xChange Creator and we're getting the error that the file couldn't be opened sorry, uploading a printscreen seems not working. No matter which PDF we're trying. We can not open any of them. On the other hand we ARE able to open any Office file Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Can anybody help me out? BTW, offline sync of the document libraries on our intranet is disabled. So the users are not allowed to sync the doc libs w

Handelt es sich dabei um eine bestimmte Datei oder um mehrere?

Ist diese Datei in einen /mehrere Unterordner?

Was passiert, wenn du diese Datei in den Stammordner von OneDrive for Business verschiebst/kopierst - kannst du sie von dort öffnen?

Kannst du diese Datei öffnen, wenn du sie herunterlädst?

Wie lange ist der Name der Datei inklusive Pfad? Bitte beachte, dass es eine Beschränkung auf 256 Zeichen gibt.

Thanks for your reply. After opening the "Finder" and opening "Home" from the "Go" menu, there is no "Library". Am I searching in the wrong place? I also tried searching for the file "com.microsoft.Word.plist" via "Go to Folder", but it could not be found.

 Gibt es einen Unterschied zwischen den Benutzer, von denen du keine Benachrichtigung bekommst? Sind diese Benutzern ausserhalb deiner Organisation, Gäste, haben sie auch eine Exchange Online Lizenz?
