Hallo Zusammen,ich benötige eure Hilfe.Mein Account Mail Adresse wurde gesperrt inkl. Zugang zu all meinen OneDrive Dokumenten.Grund: "Ungewöhnliche Aktivitäten - Siehe Screenshot" Notiz: - Da ich Outlook und OneDrive ausschließlich vom Smartphone aus nutzte, wurde meinerseits auch kein fehlerhafter Login getätigt ... welcher evtl. hierzu geführt hat.- Leider hatte ich 2FA noch nicht aktiviert und eine alte Telefonnummer welche ich leider nicht mehr habe ist bei diesem Account hinterlegt.Über das Recovery Formular komme ich auch nicht weiter, da scheinbar zu wenig Informationen zur Account

Hi Manu! This is Raech. I'm an Independent Advisor and an Outlook.com user like you. I'm sorry to hear about the issue.

Based on what you have described, it looks like you have already gone through the Account Recovery form online, which is currently the only form of recovery available and this is fully automated. Meaning, no support personnel from Microsoft is able to recover or reset the account for you.

You can, however, re-submit the form at least twice a day if unsuccessful. Please review the tips provided below when filling up this form. It should help in some way.
