Unable to change organisation information in office admin center - save button grayed out

Hi,I need to change the default tenant language for our tenant from German to English. I am able to change all the settings, but the option to save is grayed out. I am a global admin in the tenant. Any solution to this?Thanks!

Wenn du die Buttons nicht findest, dann bist du kein Admin. Bitte kontaktiere den Admin für deine Organisation, damit er deine Lizenz im Admin Center prüfen kann.

 Bitte gehe zu Microsoft 365 Admin Center / Einstellungen/ Einstellungen der Organisation / Organisationsprofil / Organisationsinformationen und dort kannst du den Namen deiner Organisation ändern. Weitere Information findest du im Arikel.

Bist du Globaler Administrator in deiner Office 365 Organisation oder du meldest dich mit einem normalen Benutzerkonto. Wenn du dich als globalen Administrator in Office 365 anmeldest und dann gehst auf Kontakteinstellungen aktualisieren/ Persönliche
Information / Kontaktdetails, dann gibt es die Option Bearbeiten, aber mit einem normalen Konto gibt es nicht diese Option. Der Globale Admin kann die Information in Office 365 Admin Center unter Aktive Benutzer bearbeiten

Bitte prüf, ob du eine Lizenz zu dem Benutzer info @ user.onmicrosoft.com zugewiesen hast oder das ist nur ein Testbenutzer in deiner Organisation. Kannst du diese E-Mailadresse in Desktop App einrichten oder das Problem besteht nur am mobilen
