Unable to login to outlook mailbox

Dear community,

this morning I spent 3,5 hours talking to people from outlook service to solve my login problem. It's still not solved.

I have to mention that the service is very friendly and tries to help me as much as possible, but until now no one could help me.

When I login:

Not able to bypass the capcha

Outlook Webmail mailbox login issue ; unable to bypass captcha verification goes in a loop ; 1. steps tried change alias 2. verify account 3. reset and change browser 4. tried different network from different devices 5. Remove all connected devices ; change password update information, unable to fority able to access maibox sent and recieve email from a different Microsoft account, issue related to the currect acount

When I get a respond from the de-escalating team I will try to write down below the easiest way to get help from the right people.

Bei Überprüfung des Dienststatus, kommt unter Outlook.com folgende Meldung:

Neuerdings funktionieren "hinzugefügte Konten" nicht mehr: mails kommen nicht an und können nicht versendet werden.

Folgende Info kommt zwei Tage später bei mir an.

Ich bekomme seit heute auch die ersten NDRs zurück mit folgender Meldung:

den Screenshot habe ich dir geschickt.

Auch im InPrivate-Modus kann man die Seiten nicht aufrufen.

Der Server-Status ergab Störungen:
