Unable to open Outlook 2002

Split from this thread.

Ich habe auf meinem PC Outlook 2002 installiert und verwende dieses Programm für Kontakte. Jetzt kann ich es nicht mehr öffnen. Fehlermeldung: IE5Setup durchführen.

Auf meiner CD gibt es aber die Datei IE5Setup.exe Datei nicht.

Als Betriebssystem ist WIN10 Vers. 1709 installiert.

Was kann ich tun?

Um welches Mail-Programm (mail-client) geht es?

Welche Version von POWERPOINT?

Welche Fehlermeldung(en)?

P.S. Bitte bei künftigen Fragen nicht die ganze Frage in die

Hallo,

Konnte das Profil "Outlook" finden und den Export der archivierten Emails mit MailStore beginnen. Allerdings erscheint die Fehlermeldung:

"Unable to load MAPI"

Dazu habe ich bisher noch keine Lösung gefunden. Dafür aber den Hinweis dass das aktuelle Mailstore 7.1 noch keinen Export zu Outlook 2013 unterstütz. Es soll aber ein Update kommen. Credits an folgenden Post:
