User registration for courses with limited places in Microsoft Lists

I am looking for a solution to the following problem:There are several in this case 3 courses with different numbers of free places 25, 28 and 28, which must not be exceeded.Users in our institution should be able to register for a course.Every user should be able to see all the results and be able to change his choice.This problem is pretty close to mine, but I can't manage to implement the proposed solution:https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/sharepoint/how-can-i-limit-the-number-of-items-that-can-be-entered-into-a/m-p/91222

Okay thanks for the effort still. I will try Microsoft Learn or maybe somebody else here has an idea. I can send the document of course too.

I did that, but Apple didn't see any responsibility and directed me to Microsoft support. I was fed up with the handling and have solved the problem by obtaining a Office 365 Home Subscription at a local store and that of course had a key and serves me well
plus my family members. Thanks for your advise.

 Du hast folgende Möglichkeiten:

Tabelle neu verknüpfen (Beispiel f. SQL Server):

DoCmd.TransferDatabase acLink, "ODBC Database", "ODBC;Driver=ODBC Driver 17 For SQL Server;Server=DeinServer;Database=DeineDB;Uid=User;Pwd=geheim;", acTable, "TableNameOnServer", "TableNameInAccess", , True

Bestehenden Link auffrischen:

CurrentDb.TableDefs("DeineVerknuepfteTabelle").RefreshLink

Bestehende Tabelle neu verknüpfen:

With CurrentDb.TableDefs("DeineVerknuepfteTabelle")
 .Connect = "ODBC;Driver=..." '(siehe oben)
 .RefreshLink
 End With

Hallo Andreas,

klappt fast so wie ich es brauche, nur noch eine Anpassung nötig, denn wenn man nun auswählt aus der Dropdown Liste werden die ausgewählen Daten untereinander geschrieben.

z.b. CustomPostType Place

Event

Service

sollte aber so sein

z.b. CustomPostType Place,Event,Service

Was für eine Code Änderung ist dazu nötig?
