Webcam Bildrate

Hi.
Ich will Yoga-Videos mit einer full-HD Webcam und der Kamera-APP aufnehmen.
Ich nehme hintereinander mehrere Videos auf bei gleichen Lichtverhältnissen und auch sonst ist alles gleich.
Obwohl ich in den Kamera-APP Einstellungen 30 fps einstelle, nimmt das System nur mit ca 13 fps auf. Noch dazu von Video zu Video mit kleinem Unterschied.
Mein Videoschnitt-Programm (lightworks) erkennt das nicht und spielt das video zu schnell ab. Ich kann dort auch diese Bildrate nicht einstellen (13.92 z.B)

Ich bin nicht besonders versiert in diesen Dingen, also bitte keine allzu komplizierte Erklärung.
