What Makes Woody Perfume So Popular?

I've been testing different fragrance types recently and realized that woody perfume has become one of my favorite categories.

Unlike very sweet or overly fresh scents, woody fragrances feel warmer, smoother, and more refined. Most of them include notes like sandalwood, cedarwood, vetiver, patchouli, or oud, which create a natural and long-lasting scent.

What I like most is that woody perfumes work almost anywhere office, casual outings, dinner, or colder weather. They usually smell more mature and stay balanced without becoming too strong.

If someone is new to fragrances, I think woody scents are a good starting point because they feel versatile and easy to wear.
