Where is my invoice

Once again Microsoft change the structure of the user portal and it is literally impossible to find any for invoices for services being procured. All I can find is a summary of ordered goods but no association to any invoices that is required for tax purposes.

Help portal refers to the old Admin Portal.

Dear AvinashThakur2,

kind thankd for your reply. I already tried this problem solution beforehand and checked all settings as well. However, it doesn‘t help. Whilst on my iPhone i can select where to save the file I intend to download:

- On my iPhone

- In iCloud

- In OneDrive

- In Google Drive

I‘m not able to get this option implemented on my iPad. There, the option „OneDrive“ is missing. Somethings is going wrong here.

Thank you for your response. From what you have shown me, your subscription should have expired in April. Where was this code purchased and can you check the time period for this code- if it is a month, 3 months, 6 months or a one year code. You can get this information from your purchase confirmation email or invoice.
 If you paid for a one year invoice, you may need to contact them about this situation as you are right, it is redeemed but Microsoft 365 always adds up the subscription time. If you purchased a 3 months code, you will have a 15 months subscription.
 I hope I was able to explain that clearly.
