Wie kann ich bei Microsoft ganz neu anfangen? Die vielen Fragen und Hinweise verwirren nur.

Ich kann such alle online services ganz normal nutzen... Checke meine Emails jetzt über die Web Benutzeroberfläche... Da geht alles einwandfrei... Nur das installierte Outlook mag nicht mehr. Bei den anderen Office Programmen schreit auch keines, dass
das Konto nicht korrekt wär oder so...

Danke für den Hinweis. Da bin ich immerhin nicht alleine. Trotzdem eine ziemliche Blamage für einen Paid-Service dieser Größe. Gibt es schon Informationen, wann Microsoft das Problem beheben wird? Ich nutze in Outlook eigentlich meinen ganzen Kalender
und bin erst kürzlich von OS X umgestiegen - daher leider drauf angewiesen..

Das erstellen eines neuen Outlook Profils habe ich schon einmal probiert

1. Als Service-Provider nutze ich WEB.de (ich glaube auch nur hier tritt das Problem auf)

2. Meines Wissen besteht das Problem seit meinem Umstieg auf Windows 10

3. Ich nutze Office365 student.

Der Nutzer ist in dem Fall sowohl SharePoint Service Administrator als auch Websitesammlungsadministrator.
