Guten Tag zusammen,Ich möchte mein MS Product 365 Office nutzen, bekomme aber die Fehlermeldung das sei nicht freigeschaltet. Rechnungsbetrag wurde netterweise am 4.1 abgebucht. Ich kann mich auch auf mein MS Konto anmelden, aber kann nicht auf die einzelnen Produkte zugreifen. Hat jemand eine einfache Lösung die für Mich Computer Legastheniker verständlich ist?LG Olaf

Wechseln Sie zu www.office.com, und melden Sie sich bei Ihrem Microsoft-Konto an.
Wählen Sie die Schaltfläche Office installieren aus.
Folgen Sie den Anweisungen, um Office auf Ihrem Gerät zu installieren.
Öffnen Sie nach der Installation eine Office-Anwendung wie Word, und melden Sie sich mit Ihrem Microsoft-Konto an.
Ihr Konto sollte nun aktiviert sein.

imho solltest du ein neues Office erwerben und die Zugangsdaten deines MSa gut sichern.

Meine vorübergehende Lösung ist Weiterleitung an einen funktionierenden Email Account, dann kommen die Emails (mit Verzögerung) an.
