Windows 10 UWA: Geolocator.GetGeopositionHistoryAsync - No Access?

Für mein Lumia 950, für das ich auch Apps entwickle, möchte ich UWA Windows 10 Geolocator.GetGeopositionHistoryAsync einsetzen - was zu No Access Exceptions führt. Was sind die Voraussetzungen zur Verwendung dieser Funktion?

In der Dokumentation steht die folgende Notiz - was bedeutet das?

Note This API is not available to all Windows apps. Unless your developer account is specially provisioned by Microsoft, calls to these APIs will fail at runtime.

Betrifft Windows 10 Anniversary Edition (10.0; Build 14393).

Geolocator.GetGeopositionAsync funktioniert, und unter "Einstellungen - Extras - Lumia Bewegungsdaten - Letzte Orte" können die augezeichneten Positionen dargestellt werden.
