Windows 7 upgrade to latest or to win10

Hi community,

when I try to update win7 to the latest version - or to win10 - I get an error message due to damaged/corrupted files.
If there is any way to repair those files, I would prefer this way. Please find attached the log I got.
Maybe you can help?
