Windows Repair Service

Ich habe meinen Stift, dessen Spitze defekt ist, letzten Dienstag eingeschickt und laut UPS ist dieser auch angekommen. (Garantiefall)
In der Sendungsverfolung von Microsoft steht noch immer, dass auf dessen Ankunft gewartet wird, was definitiv falsch ist.

Da ich ihn sobald wie möglich wieder brauche, hoffe ich, dass mir jemand Auskunft über den Repair-Service geben kann.
Sehe ich den Stift überhaupt wieder? Kennt jemand eine Adresse/Nummer, der ich schreiben kann, um mehr Informationen zu erhalten, wo sich der Stift befindet?

Hat jemand Erfahrungen mit dem Service?

Ich wäre wahnsinnig dankbar über Antworten jeglicher Art.
