Word Mass Labeling with different JPG error

Opening and customizing the ribbon works perfectly and I am able to open the different tabs with the different commands. The only problem is that the lasso tool is now missing, despite being there once. I already searched through the customize tab for
the ribbon to find the lasso command, but it is not listet or at least I don't find it. Even if i did something wrong with editing several tabs in word, the lasso tool should still be listed in the customize window within all commands, but it is not there.
Under what specific command name is the lasso tool normally listed?

hatt noch was vergessen. Zur Verdeutlichung. Es handelt sich um ein Excelsheet mit Produktinformationen. Marke, Produktname, Funktionen, etc. pp. Darin enthalten sind auch insgesamt 4 Hyperlinks. Die Produkte sind horizontal angeordnet; d.h. die Infofelder
verlaufen vertikal. 3 x Photo (HiRes) und ein Datenblatt (pdf) mit Detailinfos und Logistikdaten (Gewicht, VPE, usw.). Alles frei auf dem Server zugänglich. Die Photos haben jeweils den Produktnamen auch im Filenamen. Also das Proddukt heisst:

ABW-15T dann heissen die Bider ABW-15T_01.jpg, ABW-15T_02.jpg ,,,,,

Im Moment lese ich den gesamten Pfad von der aktuellen aktiven Zelle aus. D.H. der Hyperlink steht im konkreten Falle in der Zelle unter der aktiven Zellen. Die Zelle (Reihe, Spalte) ist vorher manuell, rein willfürlich nach Augenmass (oder 2.te Möglichkeit,
als Makro auch möglich, Angabe HöhexBreite in cm) vergrössert worden. Da kommt jetzt das Bild rein. Da ich ja die Masse des Bildes habe und die Masse der Zelle, sezte ich das in Relation und das Bildchen erscheint zentriert in der Zelle in der richtigen Grösse
(der Zelle). Was ich noch nicht geschafft habe (ich bin sehr neu bei dieser Art Programmierung): Wie kann ich es schaffen mehrere Zellen (auch nicht zusammenhängende) zu markieren und für alle darunterligenden Zellen mit den Pfadinfos die Bilder vom Server
zu holen und wie oben beschrieben verarbeiten und die Bilder in Serie reinzukopieren. Ich habe so eine Idee mit einer Schleife, Muss ich aber noch etwas rumspielen.

Ich habe leider nur Visio 2007 hier und hab mir da das Flussdiagramm als JPG gespeichert. Auch damit ist die Formatierung in Word 2010 moeglich, in welchen Format speicherst du es ab?

Wenn du deine Magix-Bilder anklickst kommt dann der Reiter Bildtools?
