Xltm file protection cannot be removed

HiI received a xltm file from a colleague, I downloaded the file on my computer, and it is protected for edition. When I click on the "Deactivation" button, it opens a new excel file, empty, and my current document is still locked.How can I unlock it?ThanksNicolas

Hallo Lisa,

das hat leider zu nichts geführt. Ich konzentriere mich mal auf Word. Beim starten von Word kommt die Fehlermeldung "Office Open XML file normal.dotm cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents". Hast Du da noch einen Tip.

 Folgender Schlüssel war in der Registry falsch hinterlegt:
 HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.xlsx
 Der Standardwert musste von xlsx_auto_file zu Excel.Sheet.12 geändert werden.
 Die englische Fehlermeldung hat hierbei Google dazu gebracht, ein relevantes Suchergebnis auszuspucken:
 "the server application source file or item cannot be found"

leider ist es nicht möglich Office zu entfernen. Bei Nutzung des Links kommt folgende Meldung: Microsoft Office could not be removed.

Es ist jedoch keine Dauerlizenz, sondern wurde für ein Jahr gekauft.

Du kannst aufhören zu suchen. MS hat uns mal wieder geholfen und es verschlimmbessert.

As of the April 2017 product update, Microsoft disabled the ability to insert Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) graphics into Office documents in order to make Office more secure.

After the update, you may still see EPS listed as one of the available file types in the Insert Picture dialog box, but if you choose an EPS file, there will be no warning or explanation, but the file will
not be imported or it will be imported as a box with a red-x graphic and a message about how the picture cannot be displayed.

Nein, dies hat leider nicht geholfen. Über den Fix-It ist eine Deinstallation leider nicht möglich "Microsoft Office could not be removed".

Die Seite die sie mir für den zweiten Schritten allerdings angeboten habe, ist die selbe von der ich mein Office 365 ProPlus erhalten habe.
