"Your memories from this day" mails stopped after 11/15

This shouldn't be happening. Did you try restarting outlook using the cleanreminders switch?

Close Outlook and reopen it using the /cleanreminders switch. To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog. type or paste the following into the Open field and press Enter or click OK to restart Outlook. (there is a space before /)

outlook.exe /cleanreminders

This switch is safe to use, it just clears and rebuilds the hidden reminders folders.

I just found this thread when I thought I was to silly to adjust my new Outlook 2013! Thank heavens, it was not me, it was Microsoft! But I really hope that they will change this item as soon as possible - that's really annoying to have to click on the
each day if you want a good survey of your upcoming doings.

Thank you for your response. From what you have shown me, your subscription should have expired in April. Where was this code purchased and can you check the time period for this code- if it is a month, 3 months, 6 months or a one year code. You can get this information from your purchase confirmation email or invoice.
<br />If you paid for a one year invoice, you may need to contact them about this situation as you are right, it is redeemed but Microsoft 365 always adds up the subscription time. If you purchased a 3 months code, you will have a 15 months subscription.

In this situation, I suggest that you use an admin account to log into Exchange Admin Center, and then click Protection> Action center to check if your account is blocked.

Note: This needs to be completed by a global admin in your Office 365 organizations. Please let your admins do this if you aren’t one.
